Berry Crisp

Try this recipe and treat yourself
 
 
 
INGREDIENTS:
12 ounce mixed berries
1 tablespoon cornflour
1/3 cup packed dark brown sugar
1/4 cup oat flour
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 tablespoons butter
ice cream

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 180c
Mix berries with cornflour and let sit for 20 mins
In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, oats, nuts, and cinnamon
Chop chilled butter into smaller pieces and blend it into oat mixture with a fork until crumbly.
Don’t over-mix
Place berries in individual skillets or ramekins and spoon the crumble on to Bake 20-30 mins.
It is done when the top is golden brown and the berries are bubbling
Let cool for 15 mins , top with ice cream and serve
